Miss Justine Wooden, Principal, Pre-K AM Teacher
Bachelor of Teaching (E.C.E.), Bachelor of Educational Studies (Monash University)
 

Justine has a dynamic nature and you can be assured that her classroom is full of action and excitement! She has been working within the Early Childhood Sector for the past 10 years and was trained and educated in Australia. She has experience working in Australian and International kindergartens and schools. She has been in Singapore for over 7 years and has taught Kindergarten at Chatsworth International School, Orchard campus.

Mrs Tina Joseph, Pre-K PM Teacher
Bachelor in Early Childhood Studies (Monash University)
Tina is fun, creative and has a great sense of humour.  She is a busy mother with 3 boys at home.  Tina completed her teacher training with Monash University in 2007.  Prior to that, she was a Teacher's Assistant for 7 years at the Singapore American School Early Childhood Programme.  She has years of experiences working with young children and looks forward to meeting her new cohort of Chatsworth Pre-Kindergarteners!

Miss June Yong, K1 Teacher
Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies (University of Melbourne)
June has a funky, energetic and creative presence in the classroom! She has a lifelong passion for music and dance and has been involved in many concerts and musicals with both children and adults. June completed her teacher training with the University of Melbourne (Australia) and has many years of experience. She also has a certificate in Identifying Children with Special Needs and Language Development from the Linguistic Council.

Mrs Kaylene Victor, K2 Teacher
Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies (Monash University)

 

Kaylene fell into teaching in 1991 by chance. However, ever since then she has not looked back! She has many years of experience and is very passionate about her profession. Kaylene has taught in both local and international kindergartens. She completed her teacher training with Monash University (Australia) in 2005. Kaylene is the proud mother of two lively and wonderful sons aged 8 and 5.

Miss Anita, Pre-K AM Teaching Assistant
Diploma in Pre-school Teaching
Anita has lived in Singapore for many years since she got married 
in Hong Kong in 1984.  She has four children aged 16 to 21.  
During her full-time motherhood, she actively took part in 
school-based volunteer work for a period of ten years, 
participating in reading programmes and storytelling sessions, as
well as supporting children in Mathematics. Anita’s passion for
working with young children prompted her to undertake a 
Diploma in Pre-school Teaching. She has been working as a pre-
working as pre-school teacher since then.  Anita believes in the 
joy within every child and yearns to give each one an enjoyable 
and meaningful headstart in life. 

 


Miss Petrina, Pre-K PTeaching Assistant
Diploma in Pre-school Teaching
Petrina, graduated with a Diploma in Pre-School Teaching in 2006,  
has a Degree in Media & Communication Development.  She has 2 
young daughters with age 2 months and 2 years old.  She loves to
work with young children and her passion started when she was 13
years old, helping her mother, who was a kindergarten teacher  
with the annual school concerts and excursion trips.  Petrina has 
fun-loving personality and strives to reach out to each and every 
child so that they will achieve their maximum learning potential.
 

 


Miss Praseeda, K1Teaching Assistant
Diploma in Educational Studies
Praseeda moved toe Singapore 5 years ago.  She has two young  
children that keep her very busy!  Praseeda studied in India and  
has a Bachelor of Science degree.  She has recently completed
her Diploma in Educational Studies from U.K. College of 
Teachers.  She has many years of experience with young children
in a child care centre in India.  Praseeda's enthusiasm and love
for children is prominent and she enjoys collaborating with the
Chatsworth team of teachers to provide a positive and exciting
learning environment. 

 


Miss Farah, K2 Teaching Assistant
Diploma in Education - Teaching
Farah has a Diploma in Business and completed her Diploma in   
Early Childhood Education in 2007.  Since then, she has had  
experience working in both local and international schools.  She
has dedicated her life's work to bring about smiles on children's 
faces and a lifetime of memories in their hearts.  
 
 
 
 
 
 

Liu Lao Shi, Mandarin Teacher
Diploma in Preschool Teaching 

Since graduating from Pre-school Education College in Fuzhou China, Helen has had more than 10 years of teaching experience with children. In the course of her work, she has accumulated rich experience in teaching young children. From 1997 onwards, Helen has been enriching the learning experience of children in Singapore through Chinese language and enrichment programmes, and in the process, develop children’s interest and love for the Chinese language. Helen brings with her special creative skills in music & piano, dance & drama, in addition to a natural magnetism to children.

Miss Soo
Groundsperson
Soo Cheng began working with us in May 2005 and what an impact she has made! Soo is very diligent in keeping the grounds of Chatsworth Kindergarten not only clean, safe and tidy, but extremely hygienic as well. She prepares the Kindergarten for the morning session by being the first member of staff to arrive for the day, finishing her session around 11.00am. The children are familiar with Soo Cheng's smile and she is a truly valued member of our team.

Miss May
Groundsperson
May joined the Kindergarten in October 2009.  She is friendly and is very diligent in keeping the grounds of the Kindy clean, safe and tidy.  She starts at 10.45am daily and prepares the Kindergarten for the afternoon session.  She finishes at 3pm daily.  She is very dedicated to her job and a valued team member.

Miss Linda
Administration Officer
Linda is a proud mother of two young children. Her son was previously a student at Chatsworth Kindergarten.  Touched by her friendliness, Linda was asked to join Kindy as the Administration Officer in March 2007.  Linda is a qualified accountant and now handles all administration matters regarding the Kindy, including admission enquiries and processing, reception duties and the sale of uniforms.  She has proven to be extremely efficient and is an excellent team member!
